Join fellow librarians, museum professionals, archivists, researchers, and Masonic enthusiasts for the annual conference of the Masonic Library & Museum Association. This year's conference will be held in New York City and hosted by The Chancellor Robert R. Livingston Masonic Library of Grand Lodge. The conference provides a unique opportunity to network with colleagues, explore one of the nation's premier Masonic libraries, tour historic sites, and participate in discussions focused on preserving and promoting Masonic history and culture.
Registration
Conference Registration: $35
Conference registration includes admission to all conference sessions, tours of Masonic Hall and The Chancellor Robert R. Livingston Masonic Library of Grand Lodge, and the exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Fraunces Tavern Museum.
Conference Schedule
Friday, October 16 – Arrival Day
Attendees are encouraged to arrive in New York City on Friday and check into their accommodations. Join us Friday evening for a casual welcome dinner and fellowship in the Times Square area. This informal gathering is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet first-time attendees, and begin the conference weekend in a relaxed setting. Dinner will be paid individually by attendees.

Optional Lunch – $20.00 per Person (Strongly Recommended)
A catered lunch will be available at Masonic Hall for attendees wishing to remain on site during the conference program.
Complimentary Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Fraunces Tavern Museum
All conference registrants are invited to participate in a special behind-the-scenes tour of the Fraunces Tavern Museum prior to the evening dinner. Fraunces Tavern Museum is one of New York City's most significant historic landmarks, serving as the site where General George Washington bid farewell to his officers at the conclusion of the American Revolution. Attendees will enjoy a rare behind-the-scenes look at the museum's collections, exhibits, and historic spaces not typically accessible to the public. This exclusive tour is included with conference registration at no additional cost.
Dinner at Fraunces Tavern Museum – $85.00 per Person (Strongly Recommended)
Saturday evening's conference dinner will be held at the historic Fraunces Tavern Museum, one of New York City's most significant historic sites. The dinner fee includes admission and the conference meal.
Optional Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Excursion – $45.00 per Person
Attendees may purchase tickets for an optional excursion to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
Please Note: Tickets are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance purchase is strongly recommended.
Sunday, October 18 – Free Day and Departure
Sunday is reserved as a free day for attendees to explore New York City, visit museums and historic sites, conduct research, or depart at their convenience.
